Kids participating in painting competition event in city on sunday Prayagraj: In accordance with the directives of the Railway Women’s Welfare Central Organisation (Railway Board, New Delhi), the Central Railway Electrification Women’s Welfare Organization, Prayagraj, on Sunday organised an All-India on-the-spot drawing and painting competition at ‘Aarohi’ auditorium of the CORE (Central Organisation for Railway Electrification) Headquarters to encourage artistic talent among the children of CORE employees.Vimal Kumar, PRO (CORE) said that the competition was conducted across three age groups. Children aged 6 to 9 years drew on themes including fruit basket, train, or their favorite cartoon and those aged 10 to 12 years were given theme of school picnic or a beautiful garden and children aged 13 to 15 years drew wedding scene or a train journey with their parents. A total of 56 children participated in the event.Dr. Richa Negi (vice-president), Aradhana Mishra (secretary), Sunila Yadav, Preeti Rani, and other members of the organization were present on the occasion.
