Industry observers feel that OTT viewers are becoming more critical than theatre audiences. In cinemas, the collective viewing experience, star power, and festive atmosphere often elevate a film.

However, on OTT, however, viewers watch content in a more relaxed environment and tend to analyze every detail and start trolling it which has now become a trend.
