More than 2,500 police officers ensured public order and citizen safety during a concert featuring international stars at the Bishkek Arena on September 18.
According to the press service of the capital’s Main Internal Affairs Department, the performance was attended by over 40,000 spectators. Police officers were deployed within the complex, in surrounding areas, and in locations where large crowds gathered.
«The event proceeded smoothly. There were no breaches of public order or serious incidents. The capital’s police force thanks residents, visitors, and tourists for observing public order, accepted standards of conduct, and safety requirements,» the Main Internal Affairs Department stated.
