BIG Cooldown With Storm Chances

9pm-midnight: Rain & storms could develop around Lincoln starting near 9-10pm. The bulk of the activity looks to stay south, but some lightning could occur near Lincoln for concert goers.

Sunday morning will feel REFRESHING! Temperatures near 54° – 62° across the state. North winds will be a bit breezy 10-15 mph.

A COOL & cloudy Sunday across Nebraska! High temperatures ranging from 58° – 70° with dew points in the 50s/60s! Winds will light through the day.

Some rain and storms will occur Sunday morning & afternoon. Lighter rain farther east with the heavy rain & storms out west.

MUCH NEEDED rain looks to fall across western, NE through Sunday evening! SE Nebraska could pick up 0.5″ or so.

Sunday kicks off our stretch of COMFORTABLE air! Dew points through the week will stay in the 40s and 50s.

Temperatures look to stay near 62° – 75° through the rest of September! *Morning temperatures look to stay near 45° – 60°! Some areas could see their first 30s near SEP 27-29. Rain chances look to be occasional also. The best chances come Wednesday-Thursday *SEP 23-24*. This is around the time the weather pattern changes up & brings cooler & drier air along with periodic disturbances.
