Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV)
MANILA, Philippines — Election watchdog Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) had counted 98.56 percent of the votes cast in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) Parliamentary Elections on Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 15.
As of 1:06 p.m., the PPCRV’s server showed that 5,137 of the 5,212 precincts had reported, signifying that 75 precincts are still awaiting transmission.
The Bangsamoro Federalist Party (BFP) continued to lead the political party race, garnering 660,464 votes (35.2 percent).

This was followed by the United Bangsamoro Justice Party (UBJP) with 609,078 votes (32.4 percent), the BARMM Grand Coalition (BGC) with 386,033 votes (20.5 percent), and the Rayaat Democratic Party with 67,855 votes (3.6 percent).

The four parties reached the Regional Parliamentary Political Party (RPPP)’s 2.5 threshold, securing a seat in the 80-member parliament.
Below is the partially recorded PPCRV vote distribution among other parties:
- Progresibong Bangsamoro Party (Pro Bangsamoro Party): 36,482 (1.9 percent)
- Bangsamoro Party (BAPA): 35,533 (1.9 percent)
- Bangsamoro Empowerment and Social Transformation Party (BEST Party): 26,756 (1.4 percent)
- Moro Ako Party: 16,704 (0.9 percent)
- Mahardika Party (Mahardika): 14,748 (0.8 percent)
- Alliance of Bangsamoro Tri-People’s Party (ABOT): 11,296 (0.6 percent)
- People’s Consultative (Mushawara) Party: 8,006 (0.4 percent)
- Indigenous, Settlers, Sama and Minorities Alliance Party (ISAMA): 3,306 (0.2 percent)
- Partido Bangon Bangsamoro (PBB): 2,588 (0.1 percent)
The Bangsamoro Transition Authority earlier said it would allocate 40 RPPP seats based on each party’s share of the vote, with the party’s nominees occupying the seats it wins.

The remaining seats will be filled by 32 district representatives and eight sectoral representatives.
