DANVILLE, Ind. (WISH) — A 14-year-old girl is missing and believed to be in extreme danger after she was last seen Thursday evening in Danville.

The Danville Police Department issued a Statewide Silver Alert just after midnight Thursday for Avery Fernandez. She was last seen at 6 p.m. Thursday in Danville, a Hendricks County town located west of Indianapolis.

Fernandez is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. When she was last seen, she was wearing a gray pullover and jeans while riding a teal bicycle.

Police believe she is in extreme danger and may need medical help.
