Tamil Nadu increases milk procurement price by Rs 6, says CM Joseph Vijay NEW DELHI: Tamil Nadu chief minister C Joseph Vijay is set to move a resolution in the state assembly on Thursday urging the Centre to recognise Tamil as the principal language of the Madras high court, official sources said.The resolution will be moved by Vijay during the assembly session and is likely to be taken up for discussion. It will seek a formal framework to ensure that judgments, decrees and judicial orders of the High Court are also made available in Tamil.

On December 6, 2006, the House had passed a resolution seeking the use of Tamil in the Madras High Court.
