Russia has requested powerful ballistic missiles from North Korea, Kyiv’s intelligence said, in addition to Moscow’s currently deployed DPRK short-range ballistic missile (SRBM) variants like the KN-23 and KN-24.
“Moscow has asked Pyongyang for new North Korean KN-30 ballistic missiles, which are three times more powerful than the KN-23/24, but no transfer of these missiles from North Korea to Russia has been recorded so far,” the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU) announced on Telegram on Thursday.
