The lucky draws to select beneficiaries for the 7,340 affordable flats in Telangana government’s Indiramma Housing towers in Hyderabad (CURE) would be held from Friday (August 28, 2026) to Monday (August 31, 2026). The flats are located in 16 Assembly constituencies in the Core Urban Region (CURE). The draws would be conducted in four constituencies each day.
Where to watch lottery livestreaming?
The lucky draws would be streamed live on Telangana Housing Board’s website (tghb.telangana.gov.in), and on its Facebook and Instagram handles (tghd.official), said the Board’s Vice Chairman V.P. Gautham.
Not all applicants would be allowed to the centres
Due to lack of space, security arrangements and other reasons, not all applicants can be allowed into the venues where lucky draws would be conducted. However, arrangements are being made for people to watch the lottery on screens near the Centres, said Mr. Gautham.
What can people not selected in lotteries do?
He urged people who would not be selected in the lucky draws not to be disheartened as they can apply in the next phase of the Housing towers. The State government would build one lakh Indiramma Houses in the Hyderabad (CURE) region. It has announced plans to construct 480 flats in each of the constituencies in the region on a pilot project basis. The 7,340 flats are located in 16 Assembly constituencies. The window to apply for 1,920 flats in four more constituencies is open till September 3, 2026.
Besides, people who were declared ineligible can apply for the Middle Income Group (MIG) houses which will be soon announced by the government, said Mr. Gautham.
