The largest-ever British delegation, consisting of more than 50 athletes, will attend the 6th World Nomad Games in Kyrgyzstan. The British Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan, Vicente Solera Deuchar, announced on social media.
Prior to their trip, the diplomats met with some of the team members and recorded a video with them.
The athletes discussed what the World Nomad Games mean to them, why they decided to compete, and what they are most looking forward to during their trip to Kyrgyzstan.
The 6th World Nomad Games will be held from August 30 to September 6. The WNG Organizing Committee has so far received applications from athletes from 112 countries. Approximately 3,000 people are expected to participate in the Games.
