NEWARK, Ohio — An Ohio couple are facing dozens of charges involving the sexual abuse of minors after they were accused of secretly recording incidents involving young children, including in a public restroom.

According to the Columbus Dispatch, John Nethers, 43, of Licking County, is facing 38 total charges, including multiple counts of rape, pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor and illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and voyeurism, and illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material with a possession/viewing specification. He’s also charged with two counts of animal-related misdemeanors.
