South Korea’s Ministry of Trade, Industry and Resources (MOTIR) on Tuesday convened Samsung Electronics, SK Siltron, Hanwha Qcells, HD Hyundai Energy Solutions and OCI to assess new U.S. Section 232 measures on polysilicon and related products.
