Survey of Economic Activity Practitioners Continues in Sirte Municipality

Sirte – The committee responsible for registering economic activities in Sirte municipality continues its field operations to document businesses across the city. This work follows municipal decree No. 85 of 2026 and is conducted according to an approved plan.

The committee, which includes members of the municipal council, local leaders, and department directors, is completing official registration forms. The goal is to build an accurate and comprehensive database of economic activities within the municipality.

This database will assign a unique barcode to every registered business. Officials say this system will help organize the local economy, improve monitoring and oversight, and provide up-to-date information on active businesses in Sirte.
