Tom Holland reveals his childhood celebrity crush

Tom Holland has confessed that he tried to copy Justin Bieber as a kid.

During an appearance on Julian Shapiro-Barnum’s Celebrity Substitute show on Wednesday, the 30-year-old actor revealed that Justin was his childhood celebrity obsession.

When he asked about the celebrity he was obsessed with growing up, Tom replied, “Honestly, Justin Bieber.”

“I thought he was the coolest guy I had ever seen in my life,” continued the Spider-Man star.

The British actor added that he tried to adopt a hairstyle like Justin when he was around 11 or 12 years old.

 “I tried to do my hair like his and I don’t have hair like it,” Joked Tom.

For those unversed, Tom and Justin surprised fans by going live together on Instagram during the COVID-19 quarantine.

During the livestream, they expressed their admiration and appreciation for each other’s work.

“Such a big fan, man,” Justin told Tom, to which The Odyssey actor replied, “Likewise, bro.” 

On the work front, Tom is currently busy promoting his new MCU film, Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

After its release on July 31, the film grossed over one billion dollars worldwide.

Tom plays the role of Peter Parker aka Spider-Man, in the film alongside his wife Zendaya.
