Sino Msolo to headline Gin Garden Festival in Ezulwini

South African soulful amapiano and Afro-pop singer-songwriter Sino Msolo has been confirmed as the headline act for this year’s Gin Garden Festival.

The festival is scheduled for October 3, 2026, at Sharma House in Ezulwini, where organisers are promising a combination of live music, food, fashion and premium lifestyle experiences.

The announcement of Msolo as the headline performer was made through the festival’s social media platforms, with organisers describing the South African artist as one of the country’s most exciting voices.

“We’re proud to welcome Sino Msolo to the 2026 Gin Gardens Festival!” the festival announced.

“One of South Africa’s most exciting voices is making his way to Eswatini for an unforgettable performance, bringing the smooth vocals and timeless hits that have made him a fan favourite across the continent.”

The organisers said Msolo’s appearance would form part of an entertainment programme designed to offer festivalgoers more than just a conventional music event. “Get ready to sing, dance, and experience the perfect blend of music,

food, fashion, and premium lifestyle – all in one garden,” the announcement stated.

The confirmation of Msolo gives the festival a headline performer with a growing following across Southern Africa, particularly among audiences drawn to the crossover between amapiano, Afro-pop and soulful contemporary sounds.

The organisers also hinted that more acts and attractions could still be announced ahead of the event.

“This is another major addition to a lineup built to deliver an unforgettable experience. And trust us, we’re just getting started,” they said.

Main Garden Early Bird tickets are priced at E250, while VIP Early Bird tickets cost E600.

For those who miss the early-bird allocation, Main Garden Presale tickets are priced at E300, while VIP Presale tickets are priced at E900.

Born Sinoyolo Msolo and affectionately known as Sino Msolo, the musician hails from Flagstaff in South Africa’s Eastern Cape province.

His music career has seen him establish himself as a distinctive voice within the country’s evolving amapiano and Afro-pop landscape, while his collaborations have helped introduce his sound to audiences beyond South Africa.

Msolo made a significant mark in amapiano in 2021 when he featured on De Mthuda’s multi-platinum-selling single ‘Jola’.

Following the success of ‘Jola’, Msolo continued building his profile through a series of high-profile collaborations.

Among these was Uncle Waffles’ ‘Tanzania’, a track associated with one of the leading figures in the new generation of South African amapiano and dance music.

Msolo also featured on Mas Musiq’s ‘Masithokoze’, further strengthening his credentials within the genre.

His musical reach extended beyond the traditional South African amapiano circuit when he contributed to the soundtrack of Marvel Studios’ Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

He was featured on the critically acclaimed tracks ‘Jele’ and ‘Love & Loyalty’, projects that connected his music to one of the biggest global film franchises and exposed his voice to an international audience.
