LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Good Life Rescue, a non profit rescue in Lincoln, were able to get four puppies and their mother that were dumped on the Nebraska and Kansas boarder.
According to The Good Life Rescue, neither jurisdiction would step in to help because they were found on the county line. One of the rescue’s transport partners was able to get them to safety until they were able to be brought to The Good Life Rescue.
The puppies are eating kibble on their own and are near 10-15 pounds. Their mom is possibly a Lab mix, according to the rescue.
The Good Life Rescue asks foster families to help the puppies learn what it is like to be part of a family.
They provide supplies and cover medical supplies while foster families provide the safe space and love.
