Anupama has now addressed the rumours circulating on social media, though she did not name anyone.

The actress admitted that the past year had been emotionally challenging and revealed that she went through a phase in which she almost lost herself.

The breakup speculation gained momentum after Anupama and Dhruv reportedly unfollowed each other on Instagram and shared cryptic emotional posts, leading fans to believe that their relationship had ended.

Reflecting on that difficult phase, Anupama said the experience taught her an important lesson: to prioritise herself.

She revealed that she had spent much of her life living for others but had now decided to take control of her own happiness and well-being.
