Actress Anupama Parameswaran has finally responded to the breakup rumors that have been circulating on social media over the past few weeks. Without mentioning anyone by name, she revealed that the past year had been emotionally challenging and that there was a phase when she almost felt like she had lost herself.

Rumors about her relationship with Tamil actor Dhruv Vikram gained momentum after the two worked together in Bison Kaalamaadan, followed by Instagram unfollows and a series of emotional posts. Reflecting on the difficult phase she went through last year, Anupama said it helped her realize the importance of prioritizing herself.

She stated that after spending much of her life living for others, she has now taken complete control of her own life. She added that she is currently in a peaceful and happy phase and is focused only on moving forward, leaving the past behind. Anupama also said that she doesn’t feel the need to explain every aspect of her personal life to everyone and believes some experiences are best kept private.
