MCF Group Estonia, the company operating the Greenergy Data Centers facility in Hüüru, Harju County, Estonia, has welcomed Tensor Estate as a new shareholder as the latest development in the MCF’scontinued growth trajectory. The Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund (3SIIF), advised by Amber Infrastructure, remains the majority shareholder of MCF Group Estonia.

Kert Evert, CEO of MCF Group Estonia, noted that the arrival of a new shareholder marks the beginning of the next stage of development. “We have been developing the infrastructure for years with a long-term perspective. Tensorjoining us supports our long-term growth objectives.”

Cameron Cook, Senior Investment Director at Amber Infrastructure said: “We welcome Tensor Estate as a new shareholder in MCF Group Estonia. As the majority shareholder, 3SIIF remains fully committed to supporting the continueddevelopment of Greenergy Data Centers. The ongoing expansion of the Data Centre in response to unprecedented demand from the artificial intelligence market is underway, and we look forward to the full commercialisation of this strategically important digitalinfrastructure asset.”

Miko Niinemäe, Co-founder of Tensor Estate, stated that the investment forms part of the company’s long-term strategy to develop data infrastructure in Estonia for international technology companies. “Artificial intelligenceis fundamentally reshaping digital infrastructure requirements worldwide. Developing projects of this scale takes years and requires close cooperation between infrastructure owners, energy companies, engineering partners and global technology companies,” saidNiinemäe.

As part of the transaction, the shareholders established a joint Supervisory Board comprising representatives for both 3SIIF and Tensor Estate. The company’s day-to-day operations will continue under the leadership of its existingmanagement team.
