Michael “Mickey” LaHaye
Enfield, NH – Michael “Mickey” LaHaye, 51, passed away at the Jack Byrnes Center in Lebanon, NH on Saturday, July 25th, 2026 after a heroic 3-year battle with cancer. Mickey graduated from Lebanon High School, class of 1994. While in high school he was an exceptional goalie for the then Raiders Hockey Team. Sometime after high school Mickey moved to Florida where he met Sabrina Shrewsbury and they were married February 15, 1997. Mickey was an avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed fishing and hunting especially with his daughter Olivia who was born in 2006. He enjoyed trips to Walt Disney World, cruises to the Bahama’s, traveling for daughter Olivia’s gymnastics meets and loved camping with his family and dogs. He loved music and movies, especially from the 80’s, Goonies for life! He loved food and to BBQ and with wife Sabrina established “LaHaye’s Smoke Pit” in recent years, making and selling homemade BBQ sauce, smoked meats like pulled pork and also some woodworking’s. He lived life, loved deeply and his greatest joy was becoming a father.
Mickey is survived by his wife Sabrina, daughter Olivia, his parents William “Bill” & Cindy (Balch) LaHaye, and brother Brandon. As well has father Micheal “Mike” Perry, stepmom Diane and sisters Alisha and Nicole. Along with many nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. He is predeceased by grandparents John “Red” & Mona LaHaye and Kenneth & Christine Olden and sister Heidi.
Family and friends are invited to Mickey’s memorial calling hours at Ricker Funeral Home in Lebanon, NH on Saturday August 1st from 11am to 12:30pm with an opportunity to share memories at 12:30pm to 1pm.
