State Property Fund to sell winery in Odesa region

Ukraine’s State Property Fund has put the Kotovsk Winery up for privatization auction with a starting price of UAH 24.8 million.

The State Property Fund reported this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

“On July 28, the State Property Fund of Ukraine will hold an online auction for the privatization of the integral property complex of the state-owned Kotovsk Winery,” the statement said.

The complex is located in the city of Podilsk, Odesa region. It includes 19 real estate properties, 177 movable property items, two vehicles, and an unfinished construction project. The total area of the buildings is 6,300 square meters.

The starting price is UAH 24,821,510.

The integral property complex of the state-owned Kotovsk Winery is currently leased to KVZ Winery LLC. The production facilities of the privatization asset are used by the tenant to produce and bottle wine products, including still, dessert and fortified grape wines, as well as processed grape wine materials for subsequent bottling.

The company’s revenue for the first three months of 2026 amounted to UAH 20.5 million.
