Carrington Man Seriously Injured in Motorcycle Crash | News Dakota

FOSTER COUNTY, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A 31-year-old Carrington man sustained life-threatening injuries on Friday, July 17 after his motorcycle left the roadway and he was thrown from the bike on Highway 9 west of Kensal, North Dakota. The crash happened at approximately 7:19 p.m. near mile marker 13.
According to the North Dakota State Patrol a 1994 Harley-Davidson left the road, entered the south ditch, and struck an approach. The driver was ejected. He was transported by ambulance to a hospital in Carrington before being flown to Sanford Medical Center in Fargo. The driver was not wearing a helmet and did not have a motorcycle endorsement at the time of the crash. His condition has not been released.
The crash remains under investigation with the North Dakota State Patrol.
