Participants attend a preparatory meeting for the TILOG-LogistiX 2026 exhibition at the Royal Thai Embassy in Yangon.

Officials from Thailand’s Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP) and the Myanmar International Freight Forwarders Association (MIFFA) held a preparatory meeting in Yangon on 9 July ahead of the TILOG-LogistiX 2026 exhibition.
The meeting, held at the Royal Thai Embassy in Yangon, was attended by DITP Minister Counsellor (Commercial) Mr Akgavat Thanaprasitpattana and a MIFFA delegation led by Vice-President 3 Daw Ohnma Maw.
Participants discussed the current state of multimodal transport between Myanmar and Thailand, future logistics opportunities and continued bilateral cooperation in the logistics sector.
The TILOG-LogistiX 2026 exhibition will be held at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC) in Bangkok from 19 to 21 August. — TWA/KZL
