Russian forces attacked port infrastructure in Odesa Oblast on 10 July, sparking fires and killing one person.

Quote from Kiper: “The enemy has once again attacked Odesa Oblast with cruise missiles. The port infrastructure was targeted. Fires broke out at the site and have been contained by firefighters.”

Details: Kiper said one person has been killed. Emergency services are continuing to deal with the aftermath of the attack.

Kuleba added that the man who was killed had worked as a stevedore-mechanic.

He said the attack has damaged production facilities and equipment belonging to port operators. A fire also broke out at one of the terminals as a result of the strike.
