There are several places in the Algarve that I love watching the sunset from, and Salgados Boardwalk has now made it onto that list.

We’ve had some really hot days recently, so getting my daily 10,000 steps in has become a bit more challenging. We decided to head to Salgados Boardwalk for an evening walk, where there’s usually a lovely ocean breeze that makes the heat much more bearable.

We were lucky enough to catch a beautiful sunset too, with soft pink colours reflecting on the water beneath the newer bridge near Armação de Pêra. It was such a peaceful way to end the day, and we’ll definitely be back to watch more sunsets from here.
