Executive Air launches regional cargo service

St. Vincent’s Argyle International Airport (AIA) has officially announced the launch of Executive Air’s new air cargo service, marking a significant enhancement to the nation’s aviation infrastructure and logistical capabilities.

The introduction of this service is hailed as a major milestone expected to drive sustainable economic growth for the island. By substantially boosting regional connectivity, the cargo service is designed to directly support St. Vincent’s hospitality and tourism sectors by facilitating better access to imported goods.

Furthermore, the launch creates “massive export pipelines” that will empower Vincentian farmers to distribute their local produce to international markets.

Executive Air connects St. Vincent to a highly expansive regional network that spans the Caribbean and beyond. The comprehensive list of destinations includes Anguilla, Antigua, Aruba, Bequia, Bonaire, Canouan, Carriacou, Curacao, Dominica, the Dominican Republic, Freeport (Bahamas), Grand Cayman, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guyana (OGL/GEO), Haiti, Jamaica, Martinique, Nevis, Providenciales, San Juan, St. Croix, St. Eustatius, St. Kitts, St. Lucia, St. Maarten, St. Thomas, Tobago, Tortola, Trinidad, and Virgin Gorda.

In a recent statement regarding the launch, AIA officials cautioned that certain destinations within this vast network maintain special requirements for incoming freight. Customers looking to utilize the new service are strongly encouraged to contact the Executive Air office directly to properly coordinate their cargo shipments.
