Odisha Subordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC) has postponed the written examination under the Combined Recruitment Examination (CRE)-2025. The test, which was scheduled to be held on June 20, 2026, will now take place on June 28, 2026.According to the commission, the examination has been deferred due to unavoidable circumstances related to the NEET (UG) 2026 examination. The revised schedule applies to candidates appearing for the posts of Revenue Inspector (RI), Assistant Revenue Inspector (ARI), Amin, ICDS Supervisor and Statistical Field Surveyor (SFS).The commission has issued an official notice regarding the postponement on its website. Candidates who are preparing for the examination can check the detailed notification on the official OSSSC portal.The postponement means candidates will get an additional eight days to prepare before appearing for the examination. Apart from the change in date, all other conditions of the recruitment process will remain the same.Following the change in the examination schedule, OSSSC will issue fresh admit cards for all candidates. The revised admission letters will be available for download from June 24, 2026.

Candidates can download their revised admit cards by following these steps:
- Visit the official OSSSC website www.osssc.gov.in
- Click on the admit card section on the homepage
- Select the relevant CRE-2025 examination link
- Enter your User ID and Password
- Submit the details and view the admit card
- Download and print a copy for future reference
The commission has clarified that the examination pattern and format will remain unchanged. All instructions, eligibility conditions and other terms mentioned in earlier notifications will continue to apply. Candidates are advised to download the revised admit card and carefully check the details mentioned in it.
