MOUNT PLEASANT — An overturned vehicle in the median between the east and westbound lanes of Interstate 526 just before the onset of the Wando Bridge has slowed traffic June 19.

Police lights could be seen flashing near the shoulders on both directions I-526 near mile marker 27 shortly before 1 p.m. on live state Department of Transportation traffic cameras.

A vehicle appears to have overturned into the median and could be seen laying perpendicular to the interstate travel lanes.

Traffic was flowing slowly around the incident. No interstate lanes had been closed, according to camera footage.
