Santo Domingo.- The Dominican Republic’s Central Electoral Board of the Dominican Republic announced that Dominicans living abroad can now schedule appointments online to renew the new national identity and voter card.

The JCE said the appointment system is available to all citizens regardless of their birth month, allowing them to reserve a date and time to obtain the updated identification document.

Authorities emphasized that keeping the ID card current makes it easier to complete official procedures, access public and private services, and update personal information. Appointments can be made through the JCE’s official website.
