The US has released the first files related to UFOs

On Friday, the first batch of long-awaited UFO files was released in the United States. The Trump administration made public hundreds of new videos, photos, and historical government records. Among these files, the most intense discussion centers on images and astronaut conversations related to NASA’s Apollo missions.

The released documents include photographs and communication transcripts associated with NASA’s Apollo 12 and Apollo 17 missions. One photograph reportedly depicts three mysterious dots visible in the sky above the lunar surface.

The transcript from the Apollo 17 mission is considered the most intriguing component of the release. In it, astronauts can be heard discussing the appearance of glowing objects near their spacecraft during the flight.

One operator told Mission Control, “Some glowing particles or debris appear to be passing by us.” In response, another operator remarked, “I see several glowing objects outside my window. It looks like fireworks.”

Trump Ordered the Release of UFO-Related Files

A few months ago, President Donald Trump ordered Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth to release records pertaining to UFOs and alleged extraterrestrial activity.

Following the release of the files, Trump wrote on the social media platform Truth Social that he had instructed government agencies to make information regarding alien life, UFOs, and UAPs available to the public.

Since the emergence of these files, the debate surrounding UFOs and alien life has intensified on social media. However, the U.S. government has previously clarified that it has not yet found any definitive evidence of alien life or extraterrestrial technology.

Previous Pentagon reports have also stated that many UFO videos and photographs were subsequently identified as military technology or natural phenomena.

U.S. Lawmakers: More Files Yet to Come

U.S. lawmakers have stated that the documents released on Friday are merely the beginning; additional records are set to be made public in the near future.

However, it remains unclear exactly when the next batch of files will be released. US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth stated that the government aims to introduce greater transparency regarding UFO matters. The government asserts that as much information as possible will be made available to the public, enabling people to determine for themselves what these incidents signify.

Portions of certain documents have been redacted to conceal the identities of witnesses and information regarding sensitive military installations. However, officials maintain that no critical information related to these incidents has been withheld.
