LuxTrust appoints Jacques Thill as chairman

Digital security provider LuxTrust has announced the appointment of Jacques Thill as the new chair of its board of directors. 

Since March 2025, Thill has served as a Conseiller de gouvernement 1ère classe (first-class government counsellor) for the Minister of the Economy, SMEs, Energy and Tourism. He also serves as chairman of the Luxembourg Space Agency and was chairman of LuxConnect from 2022 to 2025. 

LuxTrust is fully European-owned and is central to digital security services in Luxembourg – including for secure communication between the public and state institutions like hospitals, tax offices and online banking. The company has over 130 employees in four countries: Luxembourg, France, Belgium and Monaco.
