The city of West Des Moines is considering a $110 million plan to demolish and redevelop the Valley West Mall property.The West Des Moines City Council will hold a public hearing on the proposal at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. City documents show that leaders would work with a developer to carry out the demolition and redevelopment of the site.
