DOI FY26 Infrastructure Grants – U.S. Embassy in the Republic of the Marshall Islands

U.S. Department of the Interior’s Office of Insular Affairs Announces Over $4.5 Million in Infrastructure Grants to the Republic of the Marshall Islands

The U.S. Department of the Interior’s Office of Insular Affairs has announced new infrastructure grants for the Republic of the Marshall Islands.

These grants are provided through the Compact of Free Association (COFA) Agreement between the United States and the Republic of the Marshall Islands. The United States provides to the Republic of the Marshall Islands approximately $100 million annually to build self-reliant healthcare facilities, promote educational development, and advance a free and open Indo-Pacific, to the benefit of Americans and Marshallese alike.

  • Ebeye Hospital Capital Repairs Phase 2:           $481,720
  • College of the Marshall Islands:                        $500,000
  • Majuro and Ebeye Hospital Maintenance         $540,000
  • ECC and Majuro Public Schools                        $500,000
  • Outer Island Schools and Health Centers      $2,061,000
  • MTF/Other Government Facilities                     $500,000

                                                                  TOTAL $4,582,720
