MANZINI– A true reflection of the Easter spirit, when God gave His only begotten Son to die for humanity, The Fitness Zone gym brought hope to Hope House by officially handing over E25 000 raised during its 14 March 2026 charity run.
The donation, which took place on April 2,2026, along with two refurbished gym machines, will provide much-needed support to the sick at the non-profit organisation.
This year’s contribution marks a significant increase of E 10 00 from last year’s E15 000, highlighting the growing generosity of the local community.
In addition to the monetary donation, The Fitness Zone also presented Hope House with two refurbished gym machines a chest, shoulder, and back machine, as well as a recumbent bike to support the organisation’s physiotherapy department.
Father Mswane, receiving the donation, expressed heartfelt gratitude. “This will go a long way here at Hope House,” he said. “For the past three years, Hope House has been a sanctuary for the sick, operating as a non-profit organisation that relies entirely on donations. We accept any kind of contribution and promise to make good use of it.”
He added: “As a Catholic Church, we are very pleased and grateful for what The Fitness Zone Gym has done. The increased donation reflects the willingness of the community to come together for a meaningful cause, and it will truly make a difference in the lives of those in need.”
