WILLOW LAKE, S.D. (KVRR-KFGO) – The South Dakota Highway Patrol says a Fargo man died of injuries suffered when a concrete beam on the semi he was driving shifted forward on the trailer, into the cab, pinning him.

David Wosick, 62, slowed for a stop sign at an intersection in Clark County, east of Willow Lake, on March 17.

Wosick died at a Sioux Falls hospital on March 21. The investigation remains open.

Funeral services for Wosick were held last Saturday in Fargo.

He spent 37 years with the military, first as was a member of the North Dakota Air National Guard and later with the Minnesota Air National Guard.
