Turkmenistan and China discuss bilateral ties

AKIPRESS.COM – Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov received Ambassador of China Ji Shumin.

They discussed a wide range of matters related to further development of cooperation between Turkmenistan and the People’s Republic of China.

Particular attention was paid to the recent friendly visit of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty to China, during which a constructive and friendly meeting took place with the Chairman of the PRC Xi Jinping.

During the talks, the diplomats exchanged views related to the practical implementation of the agreements reached during the abovementioned visit.
