Panama National Police Seize More Than $37,000 in a Raid in Bugaba

Units of the National Police, in the district of Bugaba, province of Chiriquí, in coordination with the Public Ministry, carried out a raid on a residence where they seized $37,690 in cash, in bills of different denominations.  During the operation, a money counting machine, a digital scale, 19 rounds of firearm ammunition, and a magazine were also seized.  In this police intervention, a citizen who was in the house was apprehended, who could not justify the origin of what was found.  The National Police reaffirms its tireless work in the fight against illegal activities and invites citizens to report suspicious activity through line 104.
