Eurobank buys back 4.53 million shares in early March

Greek lender Eurobank has announced that it bought back more than 4.5 million own shares between March 2, 2026 and March 6, 2026 as part of its ongoing share buyback programme.

The purchases form part of the Eurobank share buyback programme launched following an announcement on December 12, 2025 and approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders held on October 22, 2025.

The programme was authorised under Article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and continues a previously approved buyback plan initially implemented by Eurobank Ergasias Services and Holdings S.A..

The current initiative follows a resolution of the Eurobank board of directors dated October 22, 2025.

During the period from March 2, 2026 to March 6, 2026, the bank repurchased a total of 4,530,874 shares traded on the Athens Stock Exchange.

The shares were bought at an average purchase price of €3.5404 per share, bringing the total transaction value to €16,041,252.50.

The purchases were executed on the Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) through its member Eurobank Equities Single Member Investment Firm S.A.

On March 2, 2026, Eurobank repurchased 564,263 shares with a total value of €2,104,068.10.

The average price for the March 2 transactions stood at €3.7289 per share, while the highest price reached €3.7730 and the lowest price stood at €3.6770.

On March 3, 2026, the bank acquired 2,350,000 shares, representing the largest daily purchase during the period.

The March 3 transactions had a total value of €8,109,173.73, with an average purchase price of €3.4507 per share.

The highest price recorded on that day was €3.5740, while the lowest price reached €3.3850.

On March 4, 2026, Eurobank repurchased 424,681 shares with a total value of €1,536,589.33.

The average purchase price on March 4 stood at €3.6182 per share, with the highest price recorded at €3.6670 and the lowest price at €3.4640.

On March 5, 2026, the bank bought back 399,534 shares with a total value of €1,475,803.16.

The shares purchased on March 5 had an average price of €3.6938 per share, with the highest price reaching €3.8000 and the lowest price standing at €3.6290.

On March 6, 2026, Eurobank repurchased 792,396 shares with a total value of €2,815,618.18.

The average price on March 6 amounted to €3.5533 per share, while the highest price stood at €3.6500 and the lowest price was €3.4740.

Following these transactions, Eurobank now holds a total of 22,526,965 own shares.
