Victoria Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate 37-year-old Badelis (Pantelis) Kotsopoulos, who is wanted on warrant over alleged deception and fraud-related offences.

Kotsopoulos is described as being approximately 170 centimetres tall, with black hair and a large build.

Investigators believe he is known to frequent several areas across Melbourne, including the CBD, Caroline Springs and Whittlesea.

Police are urging anyone who may have seen Kotsopoulos or who has information about his whereabouts to come forward.
