Warren County grand jury returns indictments

The following people were indicted Wednesday by a Warren County grand jury:
Crystal Marie Carden, 38, 2136 Rock Creek Drive, first-degree possession of a controlled substance; transfer bond.
Decoryone Demarcaque Forte, 29, Hopkinsville, first-degree bail jumping, first-degree persistent felony offender; $3,500 cash bond concurrent with another indictment.
Nigel Baker, 36, Atlanta, two counts of theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000 by complicity; $5,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.
Steve Beneil Bumpus, 55, 3715 Jackson Bridge Road, first-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree wanton endangerment, tampering with physical evidence, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, criminal littering, possession of an open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, disregarding a stop sign, failure to produce insurance card, failure to or improper signal, speeding, failure to wear seatbelt, improper passing; transfer bond.
Zedric Mahone Drawhorn, 41, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree wanton endangerment, fourth-degree assault (domestic), second-degree unlawful imprisonment, first-degree persistent felony offender; $10,000 cash bond concurrent with other indictment; possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, first-degree persistent felony offender; combine bond with other indictment.
Rose Ann Gregory, 43, 113 Greenwood Trail, Mammoth Cave, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (greater than two grams, meth), first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; $10,000 cash bond.
Samantha Lynn Lopez, 43, 1531 Blue Level Providence Road, Rockfield, two counts of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia; $5,000 cash bond.
Anthony Gale Hankins, 56, 1799 Brawner Road, Alvaton, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (greater than two grams, meth, firearm enhanced), possession of drug paraphernalia; transfer bond; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; combine bond with other indictment.
Jeremiah Reshaud Lightfoot, 22, 1799 Russellville Road, #A3, second-degree assault; $5,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.
Christopher Loggins, 21, Chicago, three counts of theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000 by complicity; $10,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.
Steven Chad Moore, 54, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree strangulation, fourth-degree assault (domestic), violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO; $25,000 cash bond.
Cuartez Markel Morrison, 19, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree burglary, first-degree wanton endangerment, two counts of fourth-degree assault, third-degree terroristic threatening; $5,000 cash bond.
Aaron Lee McQueary, 19, 292 Audley Ave., Apt. A, first-degree burglary, two counts of fourth-degree assault, third-degree terroristic threatening; $5,000 cash bond.
Jesus Paulino Hernandez, 22, 1421 Longview Drive, first-degree burglary, two counts of fourth-degree assault, third-degree terroristic threatening; $5,000 cash bond.
Billy Wayne Nichols, 40, 3091 Jackson Bridge Road, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, failure to notify the department of transportation of change of address; transfer bond.
Phillip Stephen Pierce, 52, Henderson, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (less than two grams, meth), giving a peace officer a false name or address, first-degree persistent felony offender; transfer bond.
Curtis Lee Reese, 30, Baconton, Georgia, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000 by complicity; $7,500 cash bond.
Quinisha Dashy Renee Smith, 27, Louisville, first-degree fleeing or evading police, three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, reckless driving, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding; transfer bond.
Joshua Adam Thompson, 39, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree criminal mischief, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants (second offense within 10 years), second-degree persistent felony offender; $5,000 cash bond.
Garry Lane Tucker, 50, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, unlawful use of electronic means originating or received within the commonwealth to induce a minor to engage in sexual or other prohibited activities, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (greater than two grams, meth), possession of drug paraphernalia; $100,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.
