THE POLICE have shot and captured a man said to be a person of interest in relation to a number of incidents. In a release issued on Thursday, February 12, 2026, the Royal St Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) said they apprehended Sjada Daniel of Prospect, who appeared on an official police wanted poster on February 10, 2026.

Daniel was apprehended in the Arnos Vale area on February, 9. He was shot in the leg in the process as he reportedly attempted to flee from police when he was accosted. This is the second time Daniel has been shot by police.
