CASPER, Wyo. — Happy Valentine’s Day! Let us be the first to wish you the absolute best day, full of light and love and laughter. It will also be a day full of events and activities happening all throughout Casper. From a couple’s yoga class to a burlesque show, live music and more — this is everything that’s happening on Valentine’s Day in the Oil City.

Is there a better way to spend Valentine’s Day than with the most loving doggos in the world? We don’t think so, and neither does the Natrona County Library. That’s why they’re hosting a therapy dog story time on Saturday morning at 10 a.m.

“This Valentine’s edition will focus on sharing heartwarming stories, creating a simple Valentine-themed craft, and spending plenty of time interacting with and reading to the friendly therapy dogs from Therapy Dogs of Casper/Sit Means Sit,” the event page states. “This program is designed to help children build confidence in reading while enjoying a calm, supportive environment and the companionship of furry friends. Kids and caregivers alike will love the opportunity to slow down, read aloud, and connect with the dogs in a meaningful way.”
