Fights: Monticello Boulevard
Officers came across two women fighting in the roadway in the 4800-block at midnight Feb. 7.
They separated them and learned that they had just dropped a friend off at the Parkview apartments and got into fight inside their car and it spilled out into the roadway.
The Cleveland Heights woman, 26, and Richmond Heights woman, 23, were both cited for disorderly conduct. The latter was taken to a hospital for injury to her mouth.
Suspicion: Richmond Road
The staff at All City Candy reported Feb. 2 that they had fired an employee earlier in the day and her boyfriend was currently parked in front of the store.
The man was gone before officers arrived, but the staff asked that the former employee and the man be contacted and given a trespass warning.
Threats: Chestnut Lane
A man reported a disturbance involving his neighbor Feb. 3.
He said the man inserted himself into an argument that he was having with his fiancé.
Officers spoke with both men and they agreed to stay away from each other.
Disturbance: Wilson Mills Road
Officers responded to Meijer Feb. 6 where a man in the pharmacy drive-thru had become upset that his prescription was not ready.
The manager said that he yelled at them because the prescription could not be filled at the time due to an insurance issue.
They only wanted the man to leave, which he did after being advised of a warrant with Westlake police.
Unwanted guest: Chardon Road
Officers responded to the UH Richmond Medical Center Feb. 9 for a report of a woman refusing to leave the property and being verbally aggressive.
It was determined that she was having a psychological episode.
Officers assisted hospital police in restraining and medicating the woman, but she became mildly combative when her vitals were taken.
She was eventually pink slipped for an emergency admission.
Theft: Richmond Park Drive West
A woman showed officers Ring camera footage Jan. 31 of a theft that she said occurred at her apartment when a younger masked male suspect stole a delivered package that was to contain a jacket, valued at $25.
Upon investigation, the suspect was identified as 17-year-old boy and charges were recommended for filing in juvenile court.
Harassment: Woodbridge Glen
A woman came to the station Feb. 4 to report that she was being threatened by the mother of her former partner.
She was unable to provide proof of the threats, but officers called the other woman and advised her to have no further contact.
Theft: Monticello Boulevard
A woman reported Feb. 5 that a UPS package, containing an iPhone, had been stolen from CVS.
She had sent it to the store to be held for her in their UPS hub,
The incident is under investigation.
Disturbance: Richmond Park East Drive
Officers responded to an apartment Feb. 9 for a report of a boy, 15, holding a knife and trying to hit his brother with a pole.
The situation was adjusted with nobody being injured, but the boy will be charged in juvenile court.
