Prayagraj: The Central Library of Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University (UPRTOU), Prayagraj, went fully digital, enhancing access to academic and research resources for students and scholars. The announcement was made on Tuesday during a programme on digital resources and collections at the open university. Vice-chancellor prof Satyakam said that more than 100 research scholars of the university would directly benefit from the digital library initiative and urged research students to make maximum use of the facility to strengthen their academic and research work.

Through this platform, users can access national and international digital repositories 24×7. The VC said that students and researchers will now be able to use platforms such as Shodhganga, e-PG Pathshala, National Digital Library of India (NDLI), DOAJ, and INFLIBNET effectively. During the event, a representative from NODAL addressed queries raised by participants. Students and faculty members actively participated in the session. Deputy Librarian Ram Janm Maurya said the presentation underscored the importance of digital resources in academic growth. tnn
