The Embassy of Myanmar in Japan.

The Embassy of Myanmar in Japan said in a statement that the passport processing has been unavailable at present and if there are those want passport back for emergency can contact the consular services counter’s email.

The machine issuing passports of the embassy has been in trouble with some errors and the embassy has now managed to fix it as soon as possible, it said.

For passport renewal applications by either in person or post, the embassy has requested applicants to wait for a while. It added that it will make further timely announcement on the condition of resuming passport processing.
