THERE IS A CENTER OPEN THAT YOU WANT TO GO TO. WE’RE FOLLOWING UP NOW WITH A GARAGE FIRE THAT HAPPENED IN DES MOINES EARLIER THIS MORNING. IT HAPPENED AROUND 730 NEAR THE 1100 BLOCK OF 22ND STREET. ENGINE FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, WAS THE FIRST TO RESPOND, AND REPORTS SAID THAT THE FIREFIGHTERS COULD ACTUALLY SEE HEAVY SMOKE SHOWING EVEN FROM THEIR STATION WHILE THEY WERE JUST GETTING OUT THE DOOR TO RESPOND. AND WE TALKED TO A WITNESS WHO HAD A WEDDING EQUIPMENT IN THIS GARAGE. CARBON WAS IT WAS PUT OUT LAST NIGHT. THEY WERE HERE UNTIL 11 P.M. IT WAS PUT OUT. AND THEN THE NEIGHBOR, ONE OF OUR NEIGHBORS, CALLED US LIKE AT EIGHT. AND HE SAID THAT THE GARAGE WAS ON FIRE AGAIN. SO WE LOOKED OVER AND IT WAS ON FIRE. ALL OUR WEDDING EQUIPMENT WAS ON FIRE.
