Rather than ignore the heckler, Trump yelled “fuck you!” and gave him the middle finger.

Carville called that a “valuable piece of intelligence” for dealing with the president.

“Trump had a massive negative reaction to it. And when you find a sore spot, you keep hitting it. Keep hitting it,” he urged on his podcast. “Hit that sore tooth hard all over the country.”

He said Trump’s critics should bring that phrase everywhere the president appears.

“Wherever he is, you should have people shout, ‘Pedophile protector! Pedophile protector!’” he suggested. “You know that gets to him. We don’t need anything else to get under his skin. We know what it is.”

Carville also suggested asking other GOP figures about it.

“Go to town halls when these Republicans are speaking and say, ‘Do you agree with this autoworker that Trump is a pedophile protector? Would you investigate this?’” he urged.
