Georgian Prosecutors charge suspect in Tbilisi Murder Case

Tbilisi, Georgia: The Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia has charged one person with premeditated murder, illegal purchase, possession, and carrying of firearms, and illegal purchase, possession, and carrying of narcotics in Tbilisi.

Criminal charges were laid against the suspect

The Law enforcement officers arrested the accused on the same day. He was charged under Article 108 (intentional murder), Parts 3 and 4 of Article 236 (illegal acquisition, storage, carrying of firearms) and Subsectionaof Part 2 of Article 260 (illegal acquisition and storage of a large amount of narcotic drugs) of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which provides for imprisonment for up to 15 years as a form and measure of punishment.
