Compensation for victim of the road accident was being transferred to his wife.
For U Htay Than who passed away in traffic accident at Songkhla District, Thailand, compensation worth one million baht was transferred to his wife, Daw Yin Yin Aye on 22 December, according to the Labour Attaché Office in Bangkok.
The office has worked on dealing with labour issues for Myanmar migrant workers including their difficulties and losses.

The Ministry of Labour said on 18 December that Myanmar migrant workers in foreign countries can ask help from phone numbers and email addresses of labour attaché offices if there is something difficult they have faced abroad.
