Kiffa

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, returned this evening, Sunday, to the capital Nouakchott from the city of Kiffa, the capital of the Assaba region, after launching and laying the foundation stone for a number of development projects.

His Excellency the President of the Republic was received at the airplane stairs at Nouakchott International Airport ‘Oumtounsi’ by the Prime Minister Mr. Mokhtar Ould Diay, the Minister, Secretary-General of the Presidency Mr. Moulaye Ould Mohamed Laghdaf,  the Ministers, Advisors to the Presidency Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud Ould Cheikh Abdallah Ben Beye and Ms. Aissatou Ba Yahya, the Minister of Justice Mr. Mohamed Ould Soueiidatt,  the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzough,  the Minister of Defense, Veterans and Martyrs’ Affairs Mr. Hananna Ould Sidi, the Special Chief of Staff to the President of the Republic, General Mohamed Mokhtar Cheikh Amni, the Assistant Director of the President’s Office Ms. Gandega Fatimata, the Deputy Governor of Western Nouakchott Mr. Ikharyhum Ould Mustafa, and the Deputy Chairwoman of the Nouakchott Region Ms. Hawa Mohamed El-Amin Sidibe
